Hello, I currently have two 12V Valence batteries running in series (24V). I am wanting to double my capacity, and understand this should't be an issue, as long as I use the same LifePo4 batteries, and charge them to the same Voltage before connecting together. My question: Should I connect the new batteries in series together, then connect them in parallel with the older batteries, or should I mix one new and one old battery in series, and then connect those in parallel? I do understand purchasing all new batteries at the same time would be preferred, but this is currently just a hobby, and so I cannot justify the cost to do so.
