Adding a second smart shunt to track non-Victron MPPT

I would like to eliminate the shunt showing the -10W draw going to the Outback FM 80 SCC I've connected to its own victron smart shunt. i know it takes power to run it - and it also takes power to run the victron 100/20 but it is never displayed.
I assume the -27W on the idle battery is showing the 10W for the FM80, leaving -17W unaccounted for.
The Giandel inverter has idle consumption probably of 15 W or so. The other 2 W is probably a drain to run the Cerbo GX. I'm guessing because it does not show what is using the power.

In my experience my cerbo-s takes about 5W, my 450/100 idles at 11W - much higher than a regular victron 150/250V model.

So while it is not coming to do so, because my inverter is a non-Victor Ron, I could add a shunt to the negative side of that to track idle consumption?

Yes you'd be able to see the dc load of the inverter, including idle. But assuming $70 for a smartshunt 300A thats a fair chunk of change to track that, versus checking has dc source which will give you very similar numbers for free.

I have a third one sitting around as a spare right now. 500 amp version. I’m slowly acquiring more gear to throw a bunch of stuff in an RV.
If you already have it on hand mind as well make it useful.

You’re going to have quite a parts list ready to support that 48v conversion.

Hopefully you’re picking up a victron inverter/charger 😎

I already have the 48V Quattro 5000. I purchased the 12 V BMS and cut open my other battery just to see how ready I was to build my own 48 V. Now that I’ve done it and have that experience I’m ready to order a 48 V VMS and the cells. I just can’t afford to yet. i’m literally selling a vehicle to support this new Solar addiction.
