Hi ?
I’m looking to setup a small solar system for my off grid container home. I have a few components that I’m hoping go together.
All-in-one System
Growatt 3000w 48v all-in-one inverter
Battery: Lithium 200ah 10kwh
Solar panels: (6) Trina 400w panels
Attached specifics that I have to this thread

Super newbie to solar, doing sooo much research and trying to piece it all together. Any input would be greatly appreciated. 7FDE6A6A-C65E-43C6-B0DE-14D77987579C.png4C2CB6BE-7C3C-4CAD-8B12-C975C7EB5021.png8131CA3A-91F5-4AB8-AA13-675F3DC3D5AE.pngE7F26F73-FF65-421F-A5B2-F2919F5E2C62.png

Figure out how much power you are using first. I think your plan looks solid, but depending on where you live the panels might not provide enough power to service your needs plus keep your batteries charged.

I currently run what I have using a Honda 3000 generator. I live in a very sunny place in Hawaii. Our average sun hours=5.65

Some details on why @iamrich said 2s3p. The Growatt has a maximum PV input voltage of 145Vdc. Three of those Trina panels in series would be 151.2 volts. You never want to exceed the PV input voltage.

Thank you. That is what I was thinking ? I wasn’t sure if I was doing the math correctly. Grateful for all the information I can get ?
