Advice for setting up an off grid home in Baja

I have 2 x MPP 6KW inverters and they cannot do 6kw. It trips out on my espresso machine. I am returning them. I am upgrading to one 18kw Sungold unit. They are basic when it comes to features but they work. It does support lifepo4 batteries. The other brands like outback are better and have more control and flexibility with software but are double the price.

that is odd, my 3 * 8 kw do 8 kw, they arent so great at high peaks, but other wise perform up to spec.
are you sure there isnt anything else going on ?
would be silly to exchange inverters and come to find out it was something different regardless

I’m in the process of building a LiFePO4 battery bank to pair with a 12kw Sigineer/Sungoldpower solar inverter. Have you found a BMS that can connect with the communication port on these inverters? Im not sure how critical that is, or if configuring the MPPT charger for a LiFePO4 battery would suffice
