AIMS 12v/24v converter charger short

Owned for less than 24 hours, took off the plastic protection cover on the output instead of crimping a smaller terminal to fit in the receptacle, thought I was being extremely careful but had a momentary short at the terminal block. The relay doesn't click anymore and no lights present when plugged into the wall. Took the cover off to look for a fuse, but could not find one. Is there a remedy to this or shall I accept the post of shame and hopefully someone can learn from my mistake?

I got ahold of AIMS in Sparks, NV and they said it should have reset after removing power for a couple of minutes. It still would not power up so they had me send it back through Amazon for a replacement/refund.
