I am considering adding an additional charger that can be a workhorse in charging battery packs and then feeding all parallel batteries through a bus bar to create the same Soc for all packs.

Each has already gone through top balancing and capacity testing.

Both the Aims and Signature Solar have received very good reviews. Any thoughts?

Thank you in advance

You didn't mention the bank voltage or provide link on the chargers you're considering, but I know from read other posts in this forum, one big thing people look at is charger conversion efficiency, and possibly also power factor.

I just Googled an AIMS 12v/24/ charger and saw it listing efficiency at 80%, can't seem to find a spec on the Signature Solar 48v charger.

Also, did you see this DIY Solar Forum thread yet?

Lt.Dan seemed to find one on Alibaba that has better efficiency...
