General piece of advice, communicate with the seller, Alibaba is different than Amazon, etc.

Also when communicating with the vendor keep it simple, simple language and don't meander, be to the point. Over 90% of these sales reps DO NOT English or other languages and must translate everything back & forth. Too much info will lead to confusion and miscommunication resulting in misunderstandings and issues.

often "broken simple english" is best.

For example instead of

Why TF did my batts not arrived yet? i bloody bought them 2 mts ago

this will translate to :
Why T F did my ??? not arived yet? I "bleeding blood" bought them 2 ???

instead, say something like:
"I bought 3.2v 280ah 16pcs cells on 10 September 2020. The item did not arrive. Can I have shipping information?"
