PS, go with the cainiao tracking. It is official Ali tracking. They do not include fraudulent tracking websites in their search, so for Ali package was never sent. Another point, the seller provided tracking does not include any information that it is your package. asked for a copy of sellers shipping bill, custom declaration, AWB ... it is an international shipment, a blank tracking number is not enough. when you send something to another country there is a lot of paper work.

The issue is we had no choice on the shipping. But the quick solution to all of this is just call the credit card company. Solved within 5 minutes usually. They will say state to the merchant you no longer want the item, wait 14 or 15 days contact visa back if you have received a credit. Then they will issue the credit, then file the chargeback against Aliexpress. It takes like 2 or 3 months for thier investigation and depending on the response from Aliexpress, which will probably not happen because they are too big and get many of these chargebacks, you get to keep your money. IF they actually do respond, they have to prove it was delivered. Hard to do when they dont have a local company that can actually say they delivered anything.

I currently have 3 chargebacks to Ali Express, the lowest was for $34.09 cnd for the one light bulb when it should have been 10. Ali released the money, even though the listing said 10 bulbs, and the tiny envelope they sent the led bulb in could only fit 1 maybe 2 bulbs, they had photos, they said insufficient evidence. F U ALI EXPRESS! that one cost them more just in the chargeback fee.
