Allto MPPT Solar Charge Controller?

Has anyone had any experience with this small inexpensive MPPT Charge controller?

It was the first one i've seen in this form factor and while its only 10a, it might be an interesting little thing for small solar setups.

I couldn't find any other charge controllers made by this company (a 20a would be nice! at a lower price like that)

It feels legit, but I wouldn't believe it until I see someone measure the PV input voltage during operation and NOT see battery voltage before I believe it.
