What type of safety feature (fuse/breaker etc) would you recommend between the following.

Single string of (8) 455w panels and the inverter? I have a 20amp inline fuse coming off the positive wire of the string and that runs to an exterior disconnect switch.
The PV wires out of the disconnect switch runs inside my offgrid shipping container camp to an
EG4 3 0 0 0 E H V - 48 inverter.

Inside the camp I will have another disconnect switch just before the inverter. I have also purchased a 30amp DC breaker that I thought about putting before or after the disconnect but before the inverter. My inverter is connected to an EG4 48V 100Ah LiFePo. The battery has its own breaker and I do not have anything (fuse or breaker) between the battery and the inverter.

AC out goes to a panel that distributes my loads.

Of course I still have some wire management, equipment mounting etc to do
Any thoughts, inputs, criticisms etc ? I have thick skin so feel free to throw sharp object at me. 😁

Fusing achieves nothing for a single string or two parallel strings. Its only needed or useful once you have three or more parallel strings.

Best practice would be a class t fuse or mnedc breaker between the battery and the inverter.

I pretty much thought that was the case but I got conflicting info and figured for $15 it shouldn’t hurt even if it was useless.
Thanks!!
