Look out! Best time of the year for deals. I saw a limited time deal for eco worthy 195 watt panels for $134 earlier today. I have a Eco worthy panel that’s been flawless for a few years already. Saw another deal just now for 4 x 100 watt panels for $197…that’s pretty cheap for brand new panels shipped free in 2 days. I’m maxed out on my needs and system build. Hard to resist the opportunities this time of the year tho. I hope some forum members can take advantage of these sale prices

Depends on what you are looking for from panels. Small and shipped in pairs off amazon or larger panels. From local pickup new or used you can do a lot better. Example is used 300w panels a year or two old are worth about $75 each. There are deals to be made on Craigslist or Facebook. Many times installers will have odd panels to sell left over from installs where the bought a pallet of 30 and installed 27. All good prices to be had.

Amazon prices reflect shipping and shipping breakage.

Yes, excellent reply. I’m aware of local deals. But for the people looking for smaller, more manageable size panels and modest needs or builds…$50 for new 100 watt 12v panels from a reputable company with free shipping and easy returns or damage claims…this is the time of the year to watch online and make moves. I live on 400 watts of solar. I’m a very small fish. My post was for the benefit of the other small fry amongst us.

Those 4 x 100 panels are a good deal , but , they are quite often that same $197 , Black Friday or not , so it isn't any huge discount .
Bigfoot and the Solar Industry have the same press agent in my area .

I posted a deal the other day where they were $88 bucks a piece If you bought two.

Fantastic deal.

That deal is now over, but the two pack is still $199, so about $100 each 👍

Too much, the ecoworthy 195w bifacials were around $107 after 20% eBay code.

Around 50 cents per watt on the 100W is pretty good.

I have been watching deals and prices fall up here in Canada and now I wonder if I should hold of buying anything until the new years as prices don't seem to have a floor under them.

Every time I go back and look it seems they drop again.
I've been watching this unit and seen the price drop since august.

Beware and watch these sales.
Ive had a lot of items in my Amazon cart for a couple of months watching, and even though now showing as a black friday sale the prices are the same or $2-5 less.

yeah, they also mark things up a week prior then mark them down to the same as their regular price.

There are several websites and apps to show the history

This is an insane deal to me:

As of writing this it's a 100W solar panel for $40 (it's $50 with a coupon for $10 off) from hqst

Those are the polycrystalline panels. I have this brand but the 100w 9bb monocrystalline panels (1600 watts worth) and have been more than pleased with their performance over the last two years. Right now you can get the 4-pack 100w (for 400 total) for $191. I might buy another set at that price just to have as backups or to use on certain days to charge up a smaller power station. I almost bought some more when they dropped to $239 but talked myself out of it. I believe I paid $360 for the same 4-pack in 2022.

Here's the link to the 4-pack, 100w 9bb monocrystalline HQST panels - https://www.amazon.com/HQST-Monocrystalline-Efficiency-Charging-Applications/dp/B095WRXB55
