Anker 767 Solar Power Generator won't accept solar input

I've been using this solar generator in my shed for a couple years now and even added an expansion battery to it this past fall. It's been staying topped off with a simple Renogy 200w "suit case" panel kit - one of the dual panel deals that can be folded up for portability. I unplugged the XT60 plug on the 767 on Saturday because I wanted to move the solar panels to a different location beside my shed and didn't want to risk tugging the wires accidentally, but when I plugged it back in nothing happened. Normally on a sunny day I can see around 170 watts on the DC input but now it would only register 2 watts. I unplugged it again, gave it about 30 seconds, then tried again - still 2 watts. I verified that the expansion battery was down to about 90% so at least there was room to accept power (not all full) so that wasn't the issue. I unhooked the expansion battery and tried again - still only 2 watts with clear sky and sun directly on the panels. I tried unplugging the cables at the panels, plugging them back in, and then plugging the XT60 in again - still nothing. I then ran lights and a battery charger on my mower for about an hour to run down the main generator percentages - nope, STILL won't show over 2 watts DC input coming from the panels. Am I missing something? I literally just unplugged the XT60 cable, moved the panels about 3 feet without disturbing any other wires, and plugged it back into the generator and then it quit working. I did confirm the app is updated, the 767 is updated (firmware), and all the other features work. If I run an extension cord to the 767 from my house it charges fine via AC input. Just no DC input. I've been leaving the expansion battery disconnected from the 767 so that I'm not introducing too many variables so that isn't the issue.

Any ideas?

Okay, came home today to the F2000 back at 100% charged w/0w input because it was topped off. Not sure what changed...but it apparently it started working again. I plugged the B2600 expansion battery back in and it started right up and then showed about 160w of DC input coming in as it started topping off the expansion battery. You know....like it always should. So I don't know what happened over the last day or so but now it's all fine again. Weird.
