Hey Everyone,
First post.
I just installed a 6000xp and am having troubles with the WIFI dongle. Its serial number starts with BJxxxxxxxx. The app seems to have had a connection at some point for remote access as it has the correct number for the inverter and a very small amount of power usage information, but as of right now I can only connect locally. This may all have been a self induced problem as I did hit the factory reset on it when changing parameters in the app at one point. The TCP address seems to be directing it to the Lux power server and it’s not the address in the dongle guide. I found the dongle recovery guide for the older BA SN dongles however this one refuses to connect to 10.10.10.1 to update the tcp address. On the unit the wifi light is solid, cloud is flashing and inv is off. I’m trying to do this all from iOS.
Wifi is on a 2.4ghz band and no special characters in the name.
Thanks in advanced for any input
