Another Renogy dissatisfied customer

Renogy pole mount is high quality but arrived missing 3 nuts. Customer Service was no help and very frustrating. I was just going to return it to Amazon, but it's actually less hassle to locally purchase replacement hardware. Lesson learned: only buy Renogy product from a vendor with easy return policy. Im disappointed as I have been a Renogy customer for years. No more.

I mean, ya it is Renogy so that doesn't surprise me. I am more curious are these special nuts you can't pick up at Home Depot, Lowes, another home improvement store? I mean ya it is frustrating, but if it is 3 simple nuts I would drive to one, spend $1 and get the nuts needed rather than return it.

Your correct! Just common #8 and #12 stainless nuts (I hope). But we live out in the woods, I have to drive through two counties to get to a hardware store. It is the same distance to a UPS depot to return the kit to Amazon. And I haven't found a replacement product that looks as sturdy as the Renogy. When did their customer service get so sorry? I have called them for support in years past and they were very helpful.
