The 5000 watt inverter charger that is incorrectly labelled as 3500w model. I saw that on the website and can understand how that might happen.
So ordered one. Its the later model to the one Will tested a while ago. Better screen and case earthing.
As an inverter it seems to work fine but fails on every other way. In "uti" mode it bypasses the inverter and doesnt charge it. In "sbu" mode it wont bring in the gen at all and refuses to work with either of the grid ties (solax).
Goes to "error" every time a grid tie attempts to connect. It just doesnt seem to be able to work at anything other than a straight inverter.
Replacing an sms s6H but an earlier one with no lithium option. I have run it with them but it seems to cause some odd behaviour.
