I have a 200 amp 16s lithium iron phosphate battery. I have checked and rechecked the wiring. I've verified the voltages of each wire. There are no loose connections.

When I supply 3.7 volts to the activation wires on the 320 amp ant bms nothing happens. I tried using an identical ant bms and same thing. The voltage at b+ and b- is 52.9 volts but between b+ and c-(bms black wire) the voltage is 43.6 volts. Anyone experienced this?

At 3:25 they show you have to short the battery negative to P- probably the same for your bms

I normally use an 18650 lithium cell to turn it on. Also, if you start charging the bms will activate. I have 3 ants and they all activate without issue.
