Any one else's orders being delayed in Canada?

I am wondering if anyone else is experiencing delays from their batteries being held up in customs?
A neighbour ordered something else and it was supposed to have been delivered August 29th. But it is still in customs.
Mine is being held up a month now [as opposed to the ten days I was told].

I ordered 20 200Ah Sinopoly Batteries and they have been stuck in the Vancouver Port since the start of covid. I have heard every excuse in the the book.

Since February? That is freakin' crazy.

I ordered from Dongguan Lightning on July 18, shipping via slow boat to Calgary. The cells just arrived today which makes it 104 days. The UPS number never tracked.

I suppose I should mention that mine arrived.
Sorry guys LOL.
But it was held up for a month in customs for reasons unknown.
