Any Recommendations For A Data-Logging Multimeter, With Clamp Ammeter, For Under $150

I want to do a max discharge test, and need something that can measure current (via hall-effect) and voltage, and log the data vs. time. Preferably on PC, but if I can export from an Android app that's fine. My budget is around $150.
