Anyone in Europe got an EVE LF280 for sale?

Hi all,

I'm looking for one (or a few) LF280 (not N, not K) cells for some testing purposes. Anyone in Europe have them for sale? The LF280 ones are the ones that had holes drilled by EVE in the terminals. They're hard to find anywhere, and the ones on Aliexpress are mostly wrong, a scam, or overpriced (and probably still wrong).

I'm looking to score 280Ah new cells that are already in stock in Europe.
On aliexpress I seem to pay a heavy price, on alibaba there's more offerings but hard to tell who's real and who's scam.
Any recommendations?

First of all, don't buy cells off of Aliexpress, you'll get scammed 99 times out of 100.

Absolutely!

I don't think anyone has cells in stock in Europe that I would trust. Personally, if you want true new EV grade cells, there is only one source I trust right now and that's Luyuan. For non-EV grade cells, Docan is still on the top of my list; I bought 32 cells from them not too long ago.

All the other vendors except maybe Qishou Technology I don't trust at all right now.

This party seem to have a LONG history. I'll look in the vendors you mention.
I've got 2 separate parties saying theres December 2011 stock in Poland ad the moment.

ordered those. Seems to be a compagny with a long long history.
Also they are realistic in measurements.
Dec 2021 stock, assuming slight degradation 272AH should be possible with a well balanced pack.
Rather have such an anwser instead of over promising sales people.
Will keep u posted on the forum with results.

Cells look brand new! first impression of QR is that they are from same series (will have to look them up later on)
Voltage match = perfect, all 3.304V

Rest will have to wait to installation day.

I just "forgot" to get a spare one, hope I won't need it, but if I do... Poland seems to be the answer.

nikon does have eve cells, but are really expiensive, same goes for gwl.
not sure any of them have the first gen anymore though

I just started building my third Seplos Mason, and opened up my EVE boxes to start balancing them. I noticed 4 of the cells have the terminals farther apart than the other 12. They were ordered in a seperate batch. They are EVE LF280K cells made in 2021 I ordered them a while ago, and stayed in the box while we moved. Make an offer if you want them, but I am in the US in South Carolina.

So since there was no interest, I just started to top balance the new EVE LF280K cells together with my original 272AH Lishen cells. Does anyone have any concerns with that? They will be going into rhe Mason kit, and the EVE cells are actually a better fit.

You can see from the pics that the EVE terminals are 4.25 inches vs the Lishen 3.5 inches between positive and negative. I am hoping the cells will average out between each other under load.
One interesting fact is the Lishen internal resistance is showing at .15 milliohms, and the EVE are showing .001! I think the EVE cells may actually be Grade A.
