Anyone invest in commercial solar?

I'm advising someone who owns a multi-unit residential building in Glendale, Ca with about 8000 sq ft of available roof space.
They are interested in the Glendale's feed-in tariff program, which pays $260 and $104 per MWh for peak and off-peak deliveries, respectively.

Just doing some rough calculations, it seems like they could generate around $40k/yr.

Does anyone have any experience with installing commercial solar? Are there certain solar contractors that specialize in this?

Thanks.

Something like 125kW production when sun is overhead, for flat panels? A bit less but fewer panels if tilted optimally.
My peak time is 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM, no so much sun then.
Any surplus I might produce I get $0.025/kWh ($25 per MWh) regardless of peak or off peak. I'm just offsetting my own use with net metering.

Talk to SMA, who provides equipment and monitoring. They should have data from many locations, and know who to recommend (who uses their equipment.)
