I am interested in their Rhino 2X + Inverter package also and have been looking for reviews or information on the battery or inverter with limited success. If anyone has info it would be appreciated to share.

Proceed carefully they may be outstanding batteries but...
I purchased a kit from Big Battery.com, their customer service is NON EXISTENT, at least in my experience. They used to be very much affiliated with Battery EVO but are in the midst of an angry divorce, each accusing the other of fraud loudly and publicly. As far as I can tell the batteries are fine but IF there was a problem id be afraid of the pathetic and evil run around I got on the Growatt inverter until warranty timed out. My big lesson was - Dont buy any of this gear from any source that hasn't been thoroughly vetted for serious customer support!

@Habilis thanks for the reply and lesson learned. Hopefully with BatteryEvo going out on their own they provide better customer support than Big Battery.
Do you know if the inverter shown in my post is the same Growatt inverter from BigBattery or is it something different or maybe there own version. I noticed the Batteryevo 12KW inverter has a PV circuit breaker which does not seem to appear on the Growatt inverter or other 12KW inverters that look similar.

I purchased lithium batteries from BatteryEVO for my Club Car Onward in the spring of 2024. In October, 2024, the charging unit that I purchased along with the new batteries began to release plumes of smoke from out of the cooling fan port. I subsequently discovered that internal electronics, including a capacitor were burned out. BatteryEVO customer service reluctantly agreed to send me a replacement charging unit. Just 4 months later, while charging my batteries, I walked into my garage and smelled the strong odor of something burning. I then noticed smoke emanating from the cooling fan of the replacement charge unit. I made a video recording of the smoke, and then the Arc-fault dedicated circuit breaker in my breaker panel tripped because there was a small arcing fire within the battery charger. It became obvious to me that there is an engineering defect in these charging units. I contacted BatteryEVO, and explained the situation, and also suggested they contact their supplier/manufacturer of the charger units about this dangerous engineering defect. Several days later after not hearing back regarding my issue, I called BatteryEVO and was told that they would not issue a working replacement, give me a refund for this defective unit, nor would they be willing to sell me a better unit for the cost difference between the defective unit and the other model. They only offered a 10% discount. I refused to agree to this offer and will report them to authorities for selling dangerous, defective equipment, because it is obvious that BatteryEVO has no intention of taking corrective action regarding these defective units. I strongly recommend not doing any business with BatteryEVO, because it is apparent that they do not care about their customers after a sale, nor are they concerned about selling potentially dangerous and deadly equipment.
