Does anyone know why the AOLithium 51.2 volt server rack battery is no longer sold in the USA? I had bought one last summer and was considering another one, but their website says that they no longer ship it to the USA.
Can't tell if they are just out of stock and mean they can't ship because of that.. Or something else.. Maybe they are waiting to see if additional tariffs come in before committing to a large restocking move.
I bought 4 x 5.12 kwh rack batteries from AO for $999 CDN with free shipping which is an amazing price. I also grabbed a 300 AH battery for my trailer for $500 CDN.
Everything looked good on arrival but then I began to wonder if these guys are going out of business and just blowing everything out. The stock isn't being replaced, i.e. the only 12v battery available is the 100 AH.

They are still advertising them but $949 now with free shipping. I'm wondering why they are less expensive than everyone else's? They have had good pretty reviews but at time Will Prowes reviewed them he said they were over priced, they sure aren't now?

They seem to have given up on their website. All of the country-specific pages are mostly sold out of everything, they are still advertising specials from October and November, and a couple of pages from the USA site return 404 errors. I know that Chinese companies take an extended holiday this time of year, but it seems odd that they would leave the site in that condition.
Yup.. Very odd unless the whole company is off on an extended Chinese New Year break.
Going out of business happens but I for one would appreciate disclosure of this so a guy knows that they are buying stuff at a great price that won't have any support.
They have not replied to any of my support messages since before Christmas holiday.
Next level would be spamming the parent company Wixi Hongsheng to find out what the plan is. They sell heat exchangers and have recently opened new operations in North America..
I ordered 1 battery before Christmas and had to email a few times to ask what has happening with my order. They replied in Jan telling me to be patient. Well at the end of Jan after getting ghosted and receiving requests to review the battery I hadn't received, I called the credit card company to cancel the order. Two days later the battery arrived, go figure.
The battery looks really good and coms works with inverter.

They used Purolator in Canada and Purolator is functionally inept... their logistics rep could do a much better job of updating the web-storefront people to update tracking numbers.
