Appropriate Deye/Battery configuration with EV TOU plan

I just started a new TOU plan and would like some guidance on how to configure my Deye and GSL powerwall appropriately. The issue is that I have a few periods during the day, 8-10am and 3-8pm, when I need to minimize the amount of power I buy from the grid. During these periods, if there's demand in excess of PV production, the battery should be used to meet it. Since these are times when I usually have PV available, the system will also want to re-charge my battery, but I would prefer that it doesn't. Is there some combination of settings so that it will not charge during certain parts of the day?

You want the batteries to NOT charge because…? I don’t know of a way to tell the inverter to not charge the batteries. As far as I know they will always be charged with excess solar.
