Are these Gotion 314Ah LiFePO4 cells legit?

This is the quote I received:
Gotion 314Ah LiFePO4 cell (32 cells) + DDP = US$2,039

Nothing comes close to giving me 30kwh at that price. I’m wanting to put them together into a 16S2P configuration, 48V in my RV for full-time boondocking. Potentially expand to 16S3P in the future if needed. Axle weight is more of a limiter at that point haha.

I've been lurking in the forums, I know Docan can be hit-or-miss. This is my first foray into DIY solar, and my first large purchase. I’ve been doing my own research for weeks, but I’m at the point of information overload from watching long Youtube reviews (that I'm so grateful for).

Questions:
- What should I realistically expect from these "A-minus cells" performance-wise. I'm not looking for capacity perfection, but also don't want bloated/damaged cells.
- Should I order extra cells, or an enclosure (planning on plywood compression), or a proper battery charger for initial top balancing?
- What should I ask for re the cells/shipping? The quote does not include any test reports.

Holistically:

It’s my first time, I don’t need perfection. I’m going to have fun putting these together and learning more about DIY batteries. I want to learn how to test cells and monitor their performance over time. But I mainly want to hook up into my RV, and hit the road, and don’t want to spend 3 extra months arguing with a seller.

Thanks for any advice!

I just got an email too about those cells, 41 each...tempting but have no idea if they are any good.

Low risk of any bloat imo, not like the grade b envisions from 18650 a while back. Basically 2nd highest grade.

Any tariffs involved?
I asked her and she said they covered any tariffs with DDP shipping terms so I just bit the bullet after she confirmed this..
I got a tracking number but it wont work till I get the units landed in the USA..

Ive no experience directly with the newer Gotion 314Ah cells. Gotion now does make "standard" sized ESS cells (71x173x207mm) and they do come in 314Ah sizes. In the past Gotion has made 300ah and 340Ah cells that were thicker than standard (81x173x207mm). These cells I found on the market were not very good. I would check the thickness when you receive them

Either way you can find the 300ah and 314Ah cell datasheet in the Gotion PT2 collection in the battery datasheet resources. The original 340Ah cell datasheet is in the original Gotion cell datasheet collection.
