Back2Basics: My Genset is 240V,. Does that matter for my Inverter selection?

Had to think about it.
I make it 2 breakers on red and 10 on black.
We can't say for certain the load is unbalanced because we don't know what you are actually using.
But it sure looks unbalanced.

The XW6048 inverter that I use, accepts 240VAC from either of my 2, 240V generators, and can use the AC power to become a large battery charger (over 100a @ 48V)
It also has a Generator Support mode, and if you approach the programmed limits of your generator, it will ease off charging current to make more power available for your loads and postpone charging. If you absolutely must overload your generator, the inverter senses that, and switches to "Generator Support Mode" and uses battery power to support your large AC load. And when the load lessens, it goes back to charging the battery.
You can get Generator Auto Start module for the XW system . (All that switching happens in less than half a second)

XW has internal 60A transfer relays for both AC1 & AC2 inputs

But since your generator and power panel are both split phase, it makes sense to use a split phase inverter with it.
