Hi All,
Does anyone have experience in connecting a NEMA 10-50 gen outlet with a CS6364 (SS2-50R) inlet box?
Below is the roadmap illustrating how/why I'm connecting the gensets via a parallel box, by Northern Tool / Powerhorse.
I measure continuity between 10-50 plug center and the ground wire (other end), and assume other 2 connections are HOT-1 & HOT-2 ("Y" & "X").
1. Does this mean that with bonded Gensets the ground is same as my neutral and would pass through as I've illustrated, to "W" on other plug(s)?
2. Would it be correct to say that once Gensets are connected to transfer switch, generator equipment is grounded via house ground?
Thanks in advance for your comments, questions or "critiques" ;--)
