Yeah, something like that. Set up a 600w(3*200) string facing SE for morning sun, throw all the 500w (5*100) strings due south, and the other 600w (3x200) string facing SW and you'll be soaking up the juice from dawn to dusk. You can use the same controller for both the 600w strings as long as it supports the max VoC and throw all the 500w strings on another SCC.

The big issue would be trying to put a 600w string (3*200) and a 400w (2*200) string on the same controller, that'll just make it mad.

Just make sure your total VoC + 20% is less than the max PV Input Voltage on each controller. You should be in the vicinity of about 100v on each string so you should be OK, but double check the panel info sticker first.
