Hi all,
I'm planning to build a 15kWh to around 30kWh+ storage bank for a DIY build and am canvassing my battery options for a 48V system.
Locally, (from the Philippines) the most cost effective supply I've seen, short of building packs myself, are these guys. Prebuilt 24V's - roughly 820USD a pair.

The prebuilt 48V from the same supplier is more expensive so I figured I could make a bunch of 2S ?P connections with this. Main advantage is local warranty coverage.
Another option I'm looking into sourcing from Alibaba (I regularly buy stuff over there, mainly raw mats and equipment - lasers/electronics)
I dove into the reading rabbithole the other day and the gist I got was that most cells you can buy are EV cells that didn't pass automotive standards, and that some suppliers declare the "class B" or "A-" cells correctly and some do not, and you get what you paid for - for solar due to the low cycle rate is usually acceptable. A lower price usually means lower quality cells even if declared as "Class A"
What I wanted to confirm is if Eve Energy Co., Ltd. is the same company that does manufacture the cells that most people seek after.

I'm looking at power walls from different suppliers and due to the lower price - I'm assuming the cheaper ones are of lower quality, but I can get a ton of capacity anyway. The EVE power wall is roughly 30% more expensive, and they've got the test papers and such for the product, just wanted to very if they are eve -> EVE as I'm considering their product if it is legitimate as declared.
I'm planning to build out a 5kWp setup initially, then upgrade it as necessary to a max of 15kWp later on. I want the system to be pretty independent of the grid hence the storage.
