Batteries finally arrived....where do i start?

Uh, nice watch.
Didn't your mommy teach you anything??

Yes not to wear jewelry when playing with toys( covers were in place and had extentions on probes...yet another example of what not to do!

Take the jewelry off when you get close to that stuff! Watches included...

Edit: always fashionably late to the party...

Finally have enough stuff in to start installing my system?....i diss assembled one of the battery packs yesterday but tested the voltage to see where we are at, when I got these voltage was at 566.9vdc they have dropped to 562.8vdc so 4.1V was lost in a year thats 0.34vdc per module(12 each assym) to me thats not bad for sitting outside in the sun....next up is bms this eve.
P.s yes i used hv gloves...had to break both assembly's in two places each to cut the hv.

That was a year ago...covers were in place, and was only going to check pack voltage( this is how problems always start)...high voltage gloves were worn to break the connections( 4 points on each assembly) every thing is below 50vdc now.

Small update cover off.

Here you can see where the negative buss bar was split so the i can still use the terminal stud to connect batter to pack, just to the left of the split screw was loosened to pry case enough for busa bar to come out.
