Battery Box on end

I got a couple battery boxes - https://www.alibaba.com/product-detail/XR08-48V280AH-15KW-Solar-Home-Energy_1601211493083.html - and realized my physical situation is better suited for something that's tall up against the wall.

I'm wondering if the EVE MB31 cells would mind being on their sides in vertical rows of 16 rather than as the box intends, resting on their bottoms?

In other words, is there a problem with over compression of the cells if they are on their sides? I've looked for images of the insides of factory assembled wall mounted batteries and haven't found any. Or here's one, from seplos in a box made to be vertical

All the vertical wall mount style batteries out there do it and people still bitch about needing more compression. As long as it's not going to fall over you should be fine.

Personally...I am not a fan regd. putting the vent opening on the cells sideways instead of pointing up.
But thats me.
