I'm redoing the system in my 40' fifth wheel.

I first installed the solar & batteries in 2015 using Fullriver 6v AGM x4 & 640w with a Xantrex pro 2000w PSW

I'm updating to LFP and a 3000w inverter charger.

The batteries are 8x REPT 280Ah from Exliporc and I sourced two JBD BMS units through them as well.

I built plywood boxes to hold the cells, provide compression and mount the BMS. The second one still needs the wiring finished but I should be able to get it done by the end of the week now that I have all the cable lugs I need. Still need to tie up the balance wires.

I designed and printed a board standoff, terminal posts and a vented cover

great work. I’m using the JBD 8s 24v 150amp that looks pretty simple but not sure how to mount it as it doesn’t have mounting holes. Did you use existing holes to mount?

Yes, there were 4 holes in the board that I could put a #4 wood screw through and they match up to the bosses on the spacer I printed.
