Battery-busbar & Busbar-inverter fuse sizing confusion.

Greetings.

Currently upgrading my system to 4x460ah/12v LiTime batteries.
Have a Renogy 3kw inverter/charger./
Litime recommends a 300a fuse for each battery.
Inverter calculation says it needs a 300a fuse, which it has.

I feel that i'm missing something because the battery bank total max output current seems to be much higher than 300a, emphasis on
feel" not know.

Would someone help me understand whether or not those numbers a correct and why, please and thankyou.

The inverter will only draw what it needs, even if there's over 1200A of available battery BMS. 300A fuse for each battery because parallel strings can have a lot of available current.

Make sure to put a class T fuse on each of the battery connections to the bus bar. This is in case one battery has a fault and the other three dump current to it.
