Doing more research, mosty harmless
So, back to the original questions and troubleshooting to identify what is going on.
Figure out if it is one string or more and then if it is one or more batteries causing the issue.
I think I would have stuck with the LiTime balancers and gotten 6 of them, one per string verse the victron 3 for 3 strings in the manual.
If I had to spitball a guess I would say the balance current isn't enough spread across batteries. Manual says 0.7 amps verse 10amps for the LiTime and if you hook the victron across 12 batteries according to the manual I don't think it has any hope of keeping up.
