Battery fuse sizing

It's able to monitor the incoming wattage, battery charge status, and load

The battery can do this or the bluetooth dongle can do this?
Only the battery BMS or a shunt or hall sensor or similar can track the state of charge of the battery.
I don't see any evidence in the battery manual that it has any way of tracking and/or reporting on state of charge.

Maybe your batteries do track current in and out.
