Battery Isolator Switch Sizing

I have a battery isolator switch with 3/8 lugs and my bus bars are only 1/4 lugs. Is there an adapter or can i add a 3/8 lug to one side of the cable and a 1/4 lug to the other side?

That's going to be very limiting. But if you're not drawing much, maybe.
I wouldn't plan on having more than 16a going through that (with a 20a fuse).
