Battery Mangement System Warning and Protection

I was finally able to get detailed info on my lithium 12v 100amp batteries from the manufacturer. These lithium batteries are currently sold on Amazon. The info below includes parameters for their battery. I was surprised that some of the parameters seemed high and some low (kind of like a Goldilocks thing). This info is for a WattCycle 12v 100amp lithium battery.Any comments are welcomed.

Many of those protection values do seem extreme. I would want to change them.

The BMS should be your last line of defense. The charge and load devices should be programmed to cut off well before the BMS has to step in.

I don't Understand the + or - 41° F on the temp stats.

A BMS entries are like a recipe where you can flavor to taste, and most of those flavors are not to my liking.

Is that a typo? +-41F ? I am close to buying 2x 100ah (+-41)
