Battery Monitor Software

Hello all,
I have watched a few videos on YouTube where people were using a piece of software (Battery Monitor V2.1.8) to communicate with their bms over rs485.
I can't seem to find where to procure said software. Any hints on where to look? I don't mind buying it if that is the distribution method.

I have the same issue with my MTP3100 charge/use meter that is a great piece of kit, but the manufactorer website does not carry to software .
