Hello, i am new to this topic but i learned little bit. Please i need recommendations to choose best choice.

I have solar plant with old agm batteries. I want new lifepo4.
I have offer from deligreencs for 1600€ seplos mason 48v 280Ah with BMS 3.0 and active balancer 2A. I learned that this balancer starts balancing from 3V which is not good as i got some informations that it should start at 3,4V+
But i am newbie and i need more experienced recommendations from you guys.

Would you buy it ? Or buy something else ?
I heard about Battery packs with JK bms active balancer are they better ?

I see the unit .
A diy systeem with no cells for 1000 euro.
It have active smart balancer.
So it looks like you can adjust it.
So adjust it your self to the volts you like to set.

Wel that is somting i will do.


I do not like those connectors on it
So personal i will not go for this unit.

Really thare are just 3 brands to use .

So see what you need.
So long you use one with a com or bluetooth support.
So you can read out the battery.

Most bms have today a active balancer beult in.

Is this BMS reliable ? JK-PB2A16S15P. I want to build system and forget it on 5-10 years. I dont want to fix problems over time that it is not working properly
