I’m going to try again I have 4 3.2 100 ah lifpo cells I would like to get 4 3.2 200 amp ah cells and wire them in parallel making 4 3.2 cells then wire them in series would that work as a 12 volt 300 ah battery or should the ah of cells be the same

Yes although need to alternate the bus connection to better balance the load.
1st & 3rd connector should be moved up in the picture and the main cable connection should be the lower terminals as shown.
