Battle Born and Dragonfly the same company?

I got a call today from Battle Born to confirm my shipping address before they sent the batteries out. The call back number left on my voicemail was the number for Dragonfly energy batteries. I looked at the Dragonfly website and the batteries appear to be Battle Born batteries in a different color case. Looks like the same guy in the video (Sean) is selling the Dragonfly batteries as well as the Battle Born batteries. The Dragonfly batteries have a 3 year warranty and Battle Born has a 10 year warranty. No prices for Dragonfly on their website. Does anyone know what is up with this?
