Battleborn 100 Ah battery fully charged 14.2 volts, with a constant 120 volt 200 watt load...how long should it run?

I believe 6 hours roughly. 1200w hours

Your battery can provide 100Ah x 12.8V = 1280Wh (the battery voltage changes over time - 12.8 is a conservative average).

1280Wh / 200W = 6.4 hours. But with inverter inefficiencies you will get about 85% of that, roughly. Say about 5.5 hours.

This assumes you actually use 100% of the battery. You'll probably only use 80% so you really get about 4 hours, 20 minutes.
