Not bad but it’s a used PS. Ok for cell balance but it’s only 18v 5a.
I just bought this one mainly because of its range, very good reviews and also many videos on YouTube

That was my second choice, had it in my cart. I liked the other one because it is linear it has course and fine adjustment knobs. 5A is ok right? Just will take longer.

? 5a is fine. Sound like your just balancing cells. I’m just not a big fan of buying used electronics.? too many bad buy experiences with used or refurbished.

I get that...same here. But this ebay seller has 100% positive feedback and free 60 day returns. Considering that, I would say this is a good deal for what it is.
