Hi, I'm trying to look for a 200 amp flush or semi-flush meter mains panel. It'll be mounted in stucco. I'm trying to keep the meter and 200 amp breaker to a single box that's as small as possible. This is because it has to be mounted right next to my back door.
It'll be running the meter to my 18kPV inverter, then to a 200 amp subpanel in the house. I'll be using the 18kPV's 200 amp grid pass-through functionality with whole home backup (see wiring diagram below).
The smallest 200 amp flush meter I've been able to find is this Siemens one ($350). But I have to purchase an additional sub-feed lug block ($69) and neutral lug ($9) to directly attach its 200 amp bus bars to my 18kPV's grid ports. The Siemens also has spaces for 20 circuits, which I won't be able to use for my setup. As I understand the 18kPV wiring diagram, you can't put any loads in the main panel when wiring it this way (right?). So it's a lot of wasted space on the wall.
I found this small Eaton one which just has the meter socket and 200 amp breaker. It would be perfect but it's only surface-mount. I can't find any flush equivalents.
