Best options for LV6548 and 1200 watts of solar.

I have a shed that I can reasonably fit 1200 watts of solar on the south facing side of the roof. I would like to charge a tiny electric car that I have that has 4 sections of Chevy Volt batteries, 48 volts, about 8kWh. I only use the car a few times out of the month, it is mainly for shows and the occasional drive around town. I also rarely use the batteries past 60% of charge. It does have a onboard charger, it uses 800 watts as it is charging.

What I have on hand is a LV6548 clone (sold by SunGoldPower) and 12, 100 watt, 24v monocrystalline solar panels. I'm sure the LV6548 is overkill, but it is what I have.

I have some questions and I am having a hard time finding answers.

The LV6548 says it will work without batteries. So my initial thought was to use it battery-less and charge off of the inverted power using the 120 volt onboard charger of the car. But the charger uses 800 watts and only having a perfect world of 1200 watts that I may never see, this doesn't seem feasible. I'm also not really sure how the LV6548 does this battery-less. If it isn't receiving enough solar power, does it just shut itself down? Would this be hard on it's internal components, shutting down and turning itself back on while a load is connected to its inverter?

My second thought was to just use the LV6548 (Battery-less) to charge the batteries on the car, directly. Maybe using an Anderson plug to plug the car in when I pull it into the shed. Will this unplugging and pugging in the batteries be hard on the LV6548? I've been reading where you need to slow charge the caps with a resistor before connecting the batteries, so this may be an inconvenient option unless I can build or find some delay board that incorporates the resistor. In theory, the car's onboard batteries could also provide power to the shed at night for some lighting.

Any suggestions and ideas on this would be greatly appreciated.

I would suggest adding some battery to simplify things.

I have a couple of systems that power heavy loads for very short periods of time (boat lift, ham radio amplifier) and these systems run off of 20 or 25 Ah 48V LiFePO4 batteries for mobility scooters that I bought off ebay.

The oldest is over 5 years old and still does the job.

The battery is always plugged in and precharge was done a very long time ago.

And, I have used over 100 APP connectors for anything from 15 amps up to the SB175. Most are 15, 30, or 45 amps but both of the ebay batteries have SB50’s on them.

If you want to disconnect and precharge often you can. Here is a picture of my SB50 hillbilly precharge gizmo :

Still working out some details, but I have everything operational. The 48 volt car is being charged via the control panel, and I have power in the shed even at night if the car is parked in the shed, which it normally is. The red button on the DC Disconnect box is a recharge button for when I reconnect the car.
