Best way to connect 16x AGM Batteries (Series-Parallel or Parallel-Series)

What is the best way to connect my 16x batteries and please explain why?

Batteries are 12v 200Ah AGM

I want to end up with 800Ah @ 48v



I have 2x Axpert type inverters in parallel (11kW output)
I only have 4x batteries connected at the moment (48v200Ah) with a battery balancer between the four.

Do I need 3 more battery balancers?

I have done the single bank in series 48v and had good sucess. Also simple on wiring. I made up my own short cables. Never had the need for a balancer but could be nice. That or charge individual any battereis that are low.
