Big Battery 24v 170ah hawk problems

I just called Big Battery today about a warranty issue and guess what. The still treat there customers badly.
All I need is one 170 amp cell to fix one of my battery's and they will not sell me one.

They have the worst customer support I have ever seen.
I am willing to pay to fix the battery instead of the high expense of shipping it back and they refuse to sell replacement parts.
I would never have bought the battery's if I knew this up front.
I spent 12,000 dollars with them and they treat me horribly.
The only way they will fix it is if I pay shipping that would cost more than the single cell I offered to pay them for.
I have sent 5 of the 8 battery's back and they sent me replacement each time and I still had to work on each one after receiving it.

Sorry about the post but I needed to vent.
I will be building my own next time.
It will be a lot less work and a whole lot less money.

Sorry they screwed ya.

I'm glad I sent mine back when it arrived broken, but what a pain that made that.... And my CC company was NO help at resolving it either.... Which was another issue is by the point my CC company told me no to helping it was on its way back to BB....

The pictures of the connections are horrible. It is even dangerous, as it could lead to overheating and starting a fire! It is poor design, poor assembly and absolutely 0 quality control!
I would open all batteries and rebuilt these batteries with proper washer on both sides of the PCB, to be sure to get enough contact surface on the battery terminal...
