They have a series cable, but I see parallel box, which uses a bus bar and I bet that is how they restrict the BMS

From what I know that is not possible as all Lifpo4 run at mostly the save voltages. It would only be true of you are trying to mix Lifpo4 and Li or LFP.

I agree, I am just trying to find a reason for the whopper of a lie they are telling. When I asked the guy why Lifpo4 from other company could not be connected, he could not give a streight answer. Only that it would void the 10yr warranty
