I just put my order in for an 8-pack of the Midnite Solar MNPowerflo5 batteries. Should be here next week
I got a smoking hot deal and didn't want to wait and miss out. I wonder how long MidNite can hold the line on price.

I understand the idea of bulk pricing - and I get it. So I have no hard feelings with how I go about my business. I simply don't have 10k to drop on anything in one go typically.

Completely understandable - and just to be completely clear, it's not bulk pricing we are applying on the items that changes as you add more, but rather the way the freight companies bill us to send the pallet with them on it. From the freight company's perspective, it's the same amount of work and fuel expense to deliver a pallet with 1 battery or 6.

This is just another reason to DIY batteries.

Cells can be split in mulitple cartons
bms is very light
case is bulky but light.

No pallet needed.

Not to brag on CC, but the shipping cost I paid was actually a few dollars less than what I estimated ( pallet size and weight ). Just wish FedEx didn't leave the pallet at the end of my gravel driveway. Oh Well.

I just looked around on Stellavolta to see what prices are doing on inverters i am familiar with, seems like prices are actually lowest ive seen in a while. The Midnite RosieM is down to 2700 with free shipping. Im really tempted

I was planning to purchase another EG4 6000xp inverter from signature solar, but just purchase tonight the 6000xp inverter from Current Connected. I am mainly interested in whats happening with Batteries.

You might have time for some things but possibly not. Additional 10% goes into effect on March 10th. If it leaves the port by then and arrives before April 14th, then the additional tariff does not apply.

If going by ship, you better hurry. Not sure on batteries but my understanding was anything from China the tariff applies.

I have 3 SRNE inverters already in country and will be here on Friday via Fed Ex (ordered 2-15-2025), 14.4 Kw of panels arrived yesterday ($0.23/watt) and I already built the additional 114 Kwh...
