Bluetti denying service because can't correlate me with the sale. I thought I bought directly from them, but they say no. In 2021 I purchased an AC200 that is now dead. It is my memory that I purchased directly from them, and both my Paypal and Visa statements show a payment to "Bluetti Inc." Bluetti says "we cannot query the relevant orders through the PayPal ID you provided, We want to know which platform your order was purchased from, . . . " One year after the purchase Bluetti sent me an email asking how my first year with the AC200 was going.
If someone out there has purchased Bluetti through a third party vendor but it showed up as a purchase from Bluetti please let me know who it was? Its my honest belief I purchased directly from Bluetti, but possibly there was a third party I was routed through.
Also, if anyone can suggest how Bluetti (despite having my email address, knowledge of the product model I purchased, records of Paypal and Visa paying to a "Bluetti Inc.", and even a product serial number) can say they have no knowledge of my purchase? Is this laziness or just using a loophole to dodge a service request? They requested an "order ID/information/invoice" for warranty processing. Who else reads this as three different items that could satisfy proof of purchase? Paypal provided me with both a transaction id and invoice id for the payment to Bluetti Inc. Is a reputable merchant really unable to correlate those ids with a purchase on a known date for a known amount?
As far as my experience with the product. Concerning that the product was shipped with a flaw. Disappointed that product only lasted three years. Shocked at their eagerness to deny service to me. Grateful, that I have learned why I should not be using them for my solar expansion.
