Bluetti Shipping times?

Hello all,

I purchased a Bluetti EB3A and PV200 from the Bluetti website as my first solar system, however been its coming up to a week since placing the order and I'm still waiting any information on shipping, the order remains unfulfilled. On purchasing it estimated that it would have been delivered already.

Bluetti are not responding to web chat, emails or phone. I see some members of this site have received theirs, what can I expect in terms of getting this shipped out?

I ordered one direct from Bluetti, then contacted CS to cancel as the one ordered via Amazon arrived so fast... Bluetti CS promptly cancelled/refunded my direct order without issue... My guess is there are some shipping delays direct from Bluetti but the ones from Amazon are sitting at Amazon DCs ready to ship.

Took a week and a day for the AC200MAX to arrive - got my UPS advance delivery notice. Order June 19, received June 28 (weekend in there).

I ordered it on the first it became available. Just got notice 2 days, that label has been entered for pickup.

In mid August 2022, I ordered a Bluetti AC200MAX, 2 PV200 solar panels, and an EB3A through Amazon and two more PV200s from Bluetti direct. All were delivered within 6 days and in perfect working condition.
